I sold the (already assembled by my late dad, love you man.) Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus, the Elegoo fireproof enclosure, the bigass cart and two spools of filament for $400! My original asking price was $420 (first number that came to mind lol) and I swore I would not go lower than $400. The property manager at my apartment building is so nice. She said she’d put it on marketplace for me and deal with it. I don’t think she even had time to put it on there because our awesome maintenance man asked some of his buddies if they were interested and one was! He just wanted to knock $20 off which I was happy to do.
I’ll be able to pay my bills. I hope he calls today.
I always pay my rent on the day I get paid. I open up the Rent Cafe app, see my usual balance, and pay it. Turns out it had already auto paid my fucking rent! And it LET me pay again! I always pay bills manually, I don’t use autopay. So what the fuck. Property manager tried to figure it out, but the charge was only showing in my bank app. It wasn’t visible in her software. I go to my bank and explain and they do an ACH revoke. She said it could take a week to get that money back. The revoke is still sitting there, taunting me, with no expiration date. It’s been over a friggin’ week. It’s NOT the fault of my property manager or my bank, it’s whatever company Rent Cafe belongs to. We just use it at these apartments to pay rent. I might change my method of payment. Some bills are a day or two late already. Nothing that will hurt me, but I do not like that. I’m kind of at the app’s mercy at the moment. 🙁
