I’m getting my first credit card. It’s with Capital One and the process has been so irritating. I have had to upload a bunch of documents to prove who I am, call the customer service and speak to someone I can’t understand, reupload the stupid documents again because they didn’t make things clear about how the photos should look, and wait a month to be verified. The communication hasn’t been particularly clear, either.

Is every credit card application this difficult??? I don’t know much of anything about it, maybe this is normal. No idea.
